Traditional physical therapy is great for getting people back to daily life.

I know that firsthand. I worked in that setting and helped a lot of people.

But there’s a group that often gets underserved, not because of the therapists, but because of the limitations of the system.

People who want to get back to higher level activities, sports, hobbies, and the things that give them purpose.

That’s why I created my Hybrid Rehab Model.

It blends in person care with a personalized plan and ongoing guidance to get you back to what matters most.

If you’re curious whether this approach would work for you, you’re welcome to reach out. I’m happy to talk it through, and see if it makes sense for your goals.

I have availability for two individuals in March who want to stay active and independent in this next season of life.

If you want to hit the ground running when warmer weather arrives, now is the time to prepare your body for the activities you enjoy!

Meaningful physiological change takes time.
True strength gains and joint durability are built over 8–12+ weeks and continue progressing from there.

This isn’t a quick fix… It’s about building a strong 3-month foundation that carries you confidently into the seasons ahead.

My Prescriptive Exercise Program is structured and individualized around your goals, injury history, and current capacity. It is designed to reduce flare-ups while rebuilding long-term strength and durability.

If you’re ready to prepare now instead of managing pain later, send me a message. I have two openings this month.

I talk to a lot of people who say:

“I’ve already done physical therapy.”

And they have.

Their pain improved…
but they’re still not back to running, lifting, or doing what they love.

Every time they try to ramp things up, their symptoms spike.

So they rest.
Scale back.
Or rely on medication.

And the cycle repeats.

You’re not too old.
You haven’t missed your window.

You just haven’t fully rebuilt your capacity to handle the demands of your life.

Reducing pain is phase one.
Rebuilding strength and tolerance is phase two.

I blend strength and conditioning principles with an understanding of tissue healing timelines, so you can move toward your goals without constantly flaring up.

You don’t need to give up the things you love.

You just need targeted progressions that meet your body where it’s at while building toward where you want to be.

If you’re stuck in that cycle, that’s exactly what I help people work through!

Beyondriven Fitness and Performance and Cappotelli Physical Therapy share a common mission: helping people move better, build strength, and stay active for the long run.

I’m grateful to partner with a gym that values proper progressions, safe training, and long-term health.

Through this collaboration, clients working with me receive access to Beyondriven’s gym and sauna recovery services for $25 per month while under my care.

From day one, my mission has been to bridge the gap between rehab and performance by helping people move from pain and limitations back to confident, independent training. This partnership is built to do exactly that.

The goal isn’t just to reduce pain or restore baseline function, it’s to build strength, resilience, and the capacity to keep doing what you love long term!

If standard pressing movements irritate your shoulders, try these alternatives instead of stopping training.

Bonus warm-up: Sidelying shoulder external rotation
Isolates the external rotators of the rotator cuff, a common weak link with pressing. Weakness here can reduce shoulder stability and contribute to pain. Start light (this doesn’t need to be heavy).

1️⃣ Dumbbell floor press
Limits excessive shoulder extension and keeps the joint in a safer position while still building pressing strength.

2️⃣ Single-arm, close-grip shoulder press
Allows more freedom for the shoulder and thoracic spine, making overhead pressing more tolerable for those with limited mobility.

Key takeaway: You don’t need to eliminate pressing, you need the right entry point.

If this brings up any questions for you, reach out!

2025: A Year of Growth and Firsts

In the summer of 2024, I stepped away from traditional outpatient physical therapy, a setting I once thought I would spend my entire career in. Over time, I noticed that while the model worked well for many, there were certain individuals who needed something more. I felt I had the ability to help those people, but also recognized that I was not fully maximizing my skills and capacity to help others within that setting.

I began building something of my own, which officially launched in December of 2024. The model was designed to better serve individuals who are looking for flexibility, guidance, and support beyond traditional rehab.

This year was about more than just opening a business.

It was a year of firsts.
- My first year designing, leading, and running my own strength and conditioning program.
- My first time speaking in front of a full gymnasium.
- My first time being a guest on a video podcast.
- My first time fully betting on myself.

Starting my own business has been one of the hardest things I have ever done. It has been humbling and challenging, but also the most rewarding work of my career.

I am incredibly grateful for my fiancée, family, and friends who have supported me throughout this journey. This is only the beginning.

For those seeking a provider who offers guidance, flexibility, support, and complete outcomes, this is exactly what I strive to deliver to each and every patient I work with!

Dealing with pain or discomfort that’s holding you back from staying active?

If flare-ups, aches, and pains keep derailing your training, I’m here to help you navigate the process of returning to training at a safe and effective pace.

We start with a comprehensive evaluation, then move into remote programming combined with in-person sessions.

From here I guide your training decisions, make adjustments, and implement gradual progressions so you can get back to what you love without constant setbacks.

🏁 LOOKING TO ACTUALLY CROSS THE FINISH LINE IN REHAB? 🏁

In my Hybrid Rehab Model, most clients work with me for an average of 4–6 months.

The foundation is a Prescriptive Exercise Program delivered through an online app, providing weekly exercises, support, and feedback.

In-person sessions are blended in strategically to provide real-time feedback, make adjustments, and keep progress moving forward.

The process:

• Phase 1: Reduce pain

• Phase 2: Re-acclimate to activity

• Phase 3: Build long-term durability

• Phase 4: (optional): Extended performance (Continued strength and performance gains over time)

The goal isn’t just feeling better, it’s returning to what you love with confidence and staying out of the flare-up cycle!
