Dear Beloved Community,
I am continually inspired by each of you and your journeys I am privileged to witness. The human spirit is remarkable in its essential nature: infinitely abundant and alchemized through love, time and time again.
When I hold space, I offer a field of support where the sacred soul before me can soften into their own beingnessâa space to be witnessed, held, and heard with presence, guided by your own inner wisdom.
And as a guardian of the bodyâs innate intelligence, my role is not to âfix,â but to help translate the subtle messages your body is already offeringâwhat we often call symptomsâso that you can listen with your deeper truth to the conversations unfolding within your own vessel.
As someone walking this path myself, it is essential that I continue allowing space to be held for me while cultivating my own practices, studying with my most trusted mentors, and continuing to explore the vast terrain of my own mind-body-soul-spirit system. In that light, I will be traveling to Colombia this summer to enter into rich ceremony and deepen into my own healing.
This will be the longest span of time I will be away from my service as an Acupuncturist, since I began my practice 7 years ago. I take many small breaks and honor my need for adventure, but there's something about extended time away - that excites my soul - so I may continue deepening the path I walk with this medicine and in order to better serve each of you when I return.
Because the truth is, none of us know how much time we have on this Earth. Time is one of our most precious resources. No amount of money or success can buy more of itâor return whatâs been lost.
So I invite you to also ask yourself: How are you spending your time? You are the only one who gets to choose. You deserve to know the fullness of life while youâre still here, still breathing. Let your heart lead. Embrace love. Dare to challenge the belief that being âbusyâ equals success. And when you find yourself with free time and donât know what to doâI invite you to feel how rich you truly are. Instead of rushing to fill it, may you be strong enough (or soft enough) to be in it. To slow down. To vibrate at the frequency of gratitude in the only moment that ever truly exists: now.
This past yearâand these coming monthsâare ushering in profound changes to structures in my life that once felt stable. Change is a sacred threshold, a kind of death. It asks us to release what is familiar and step into the mystery of the Great Unknown. And while it can be disorienting, itâs also a profound opportunity for renewal.
A lot of the time when we seek support from healers, we too are seeking Change - seeking a death of an old way of being that is disconnected to oneself and embracing a new connection, inviting the mind-body-soul-spirit into greater union - yet, we don't often realize change is a part of our guiding question. Most of the time we just want to feel better. But sometimes (and most potently, I feel because it is so rare) we can seek to align with the harmony that is already pulsating through us - we can come in before we need anything to be different - we can honor our vessel through love and tending - we can amplify the miracle that already exists within.
And truthfully, this is what is always being done - when you get acupuncture. We are connecting with the pathways and energies of your body that are healed, connected, aligned - helping your system to use its own wisdom and resources to rebalance through its own light.

You deserve to be tended to not only in times of illness or imbalance, but in service of what is blooming from your deepest essence. This is the secret to vitality: offer yourself love before you need to. Listen before your body has to speak loudly.
