Our first yoga class at the new studio is set for Monday, January 2nd at 9am.

Make sure you sign up for emails to receive updates on scheduling as we find our grove this month! We will be offering about 15 classes per week and "special" pop-up classes throughout the month including "Broga" and meditation seminars focusing on stress management.
