Moonlight Yoga Building Strong Bodies & Healthy Minds Moonlight Yoga lessons will explain to you the significance of breathing within with the graceful poses of Hatha Yoga.

The lessons will bring one to center in ones focus in daily life while they easing your body through a smooth motion to a state of complete relaxation. To see what yoga can do for you, we suggest you should give it a month and at least 6 classes to begin to understand what yoga can do for you. Their traditional classes include: a Vinyasa Flow with Asanas that help with Range of Motion, Balance, Flexibility and Strength. Yin Yoga Yoga Therapy and Restorative Yoga are also are also found in their lessons. Yoga teaches us how to use our breathing to slow down the central nervous system. With two or three hours a week one can improve their range of motion, flexibility, balance, strength with a since of peace. With consistent practice we will leave with a wonderfully clear mind, very relaxed body and a smile on your face after every class. We welcome women & men of all ages and experience to join us, we promise you will break a sweat and you will be sore in a day or two.
