This event is all about endurance, coordination, and total body strength. Athletes rely on strong legs, powerful core muscles, and cardiovascular stamina to keep moving mile after mile. It is a great reminder of how training the heart and lungs supports overall performance and health.

Dry needling is a skilled physical therapy technique that uses thin needles to target tight muscles, trigger points, ligaments, and tendons. It helps reduce pain and improve how your body moves and functions by calming an overactive pain response in the nervous system.

Dry needling is not acupuncture.
While the same type of needle is used, dry needling is based on anatomy and nervous system function and focuses on musculoskeletal and nerve-related pain.
