It’s a fairly simple concept. If your body doesn’t move well in the right places, eventually it will breakdown. Athletic bodies are machines. If not properly maintained, they eventually fail.
We know because we see this daily. If you’re a pitcher with neck, shoulder, elbow or thoracic pain, you should let us have a look. We work closely with the coaches at .athletics or your own coach to ensure safety and max performance.
