This goes over what I believe to be the 7 steps to success with ADHD. These tips are basic- meaning they are obviously not targeted to any specific child.

Please remember you do not need a diagnosis to make changes in your child’s life. I focus on helping your child work through undesired behaviors regardless of a diagnosis. Helping to bridge the gap between what your child puts in their body and the behaviors that can occur as a result is my jam!
