As of January 1, 2026, we will no longer be accepting Humana Medicare Advantage Plans. We recommend changing to traditional Medicare with a supplement. Today marks 3years since opening Choice Primary Healthcare. We are so thankful for each person that walked through our doors. I appreciate the hard work and dedication of my team; leigh, Randi, Ashton and now Kahayla. To my husband and family, thank you for standing behind me and supporting my dreams. The Lord blessed this clinic and the work we do from day one. May we never forget to have a servant’s heart.
