• Family At Leakesville, we pride ourselves on building relationships. Our staff takes a personal interest in the well-being of our residents and patients. We like that our residents call our Nursing and Rehabilitation facility “home,” and we think of them as family as well.

Our Story

Leakesville Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is a 60-bed, privately owned and locally operated center committed to quality senior care and living. The center provides skilled nursing and rehabilitation care to adults in need of continuous care. The campus is positioned on a beautiful wooded piece of property in Leakesville, Mississippi. It is easily accessible to Highway 57, making the drive from anywhere quick and easy. You will feel right at home the moment you drive on our campus.
