I’ve been asked several times over the past few weeks “what exactly is your regimen and what did you start with?”
I started with Triplex + Metaburn + Active. I take the microbiome activating Slim every morning (it’s the one that’s patented 😋).
I’ve ADDED Balance and an additional Slim to my evening routine, but I did not start with those. I actually go back and forth between my second Slim of the day being either microbiome activating or hunger control. (Yes, I take two Slims a day. I’ve also added Ease, Protein shakes, collagen, and Hydrate to my daily routine. Obsessed? Yes! Because who doesn’t like feeling good?!??
Here’s the cold, hard truth y’all. It can take a little time to start really “feeling good” from Triplex when you first start. But Triplex is a STAPLE for gut health. It’s not a “get skinny quick” solution… it’s a healthy, sustainable way to help you reach your health goals. I’m a true believer that almost anyone can benefit from Triplex. Give it some time and you WILL benefit from this magic! But you also have to make some lifestyle changes. Drink more water, move your body, and make some changes to your diet. Want to get things going quicker on the “feel good” side? Add Metaburn and/or Active from the beginning!
Triplex is for gut health. It’s going to make you feel amazing and help with cravings. It helps balance your blood sugar, hormones, and all kinds of other things. You’ll be more regular in the bathroom and you won’t feel as sluggish. At first, you may have some detox symptoms (bloating, gas, bathroom irregularity, etc)… and that’s normal! Get that junk out of your gut. 👊🏽
Metaburn is for metabolism, fat burning, and energy. This is not your typical “thermogenic” or “stimulant”. It actually has about the same amount of caffeine than a cup of coffee. Before dinner:

1 Slim - I switch every month or so between microbiome activating (raspberry watermelon) and hunger control (black cherry)
Bedtime:
