She believes in High Intensity Interval Training(HIIT). She also avidly promotes healthy nutrition as an important method to achieve desired goals. Noted for her energy, wit and humor, classes with Georgia will never be boring! As an Athlete who participated in competitive swimming, water polo, basketball and volleyball, Georgia has developed coaching skills that help clients achieve real results.

Georgia specializes in Weight Loss, Total Body Fitness, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Strength, Flexibility, Sports Conditioning and Nutrition Coaching.

Education/Certifications: B.S. in Recreation Therapy, National Association of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS), Qualified TRX Instructor, Certified TurboKick Instructor, CPR and AED.
