Did you know?
Digestion starts in the mouth, with lots of acid to help break down your food. Without this acidic environment, food will stay in the stomach much longer than it should. 🤢 Symptoms such as excessive gas and burping or reflux are often associated with this. Cord🩸is super important.

Our neighboring park is once again open. Yahoo!! It's still summertime and hot out there, so be careful with pets, elderly and children and stay hydrated. A big thank you to the authorities and volunteers who worked to get the park reopened.

Fireworks aren't good for nature anyway. Polluting the air that we (and the birds) breathe, the lakes where marine life is, pets that get scared of loud sounds and veterans who suffer with PTSD. Enjoy the holiday, without the bang!
