I'm excited and want to thank you for stopping by and taking a look. Like many, I found myself scrolling through Facebook early this year at the beginning of this economic challenge. I saw this invitation to take a Hypnotherapy Master Class with celebrity Therapist & Best-Selling Author, Ali Campbell. I discovered a new fascination with the use of language and techniques of Hypnotherapy. I was amazed at the different conditions that could be greatly improved or completely eliminated. Simply put, hypnosis is "being open to suggestions". It's a very common state that we are in throughout our day. One way to view hypnosis is as a state of relaxation. Using a relaxed state, the subconscious part of the mind is best able to respond creatively to suggestion. Therefore; we can use this type of focus on things you wish to change. What Hypnosis is NOT. You are not unconscious or asleep. Hypnosis is not mind control. A person who doesn't want to be hypnotized, will not be. After the Masterclass, I enrolled and became certified in Ali Campbell's Hypnotherapy Practitioner Academy. Ali arranged a unique opportunity for our group to enroll in an additional live online training covering, The Dave Elman Method with Cheryl and Larry Elman, Dave Elman's son. Dave Elman, was an American radio host, comedian, songwriter, and important figure in the field of hypnosis. He created one of the most utilized induction methods, The Elman Induction. One of my favorite and appropriate lines he states directly in his induction, "You can resist if you want to, but that is not why you are here." This is very important point to understand. In fact, if a person is not open to this type of healing, it won't work. It's up to you, the client. It's that simple. Up until now, my career has focused on Healthcare Operations. However, now as a Certified Hypnotherapist, I can work directly, one-on-one, to make a more personal impact in both our lives. Let's see how Hypnotherapy can help you!
