Cascade Medical Center is a nonprofit, Critical Access Hospital dedicated to the well-being of the Upper Valley community. Our hospital district covers 1,200 square miles in North Central Washington, including the towns of Plain, Leavenworth, Peshastin and Dryden. Please note no one will be denied access to services due to an inability to pay. Also, there is a discounted/sliding fee schedule available based on family size and income. Winter fun is part of life here, especially sledding. ❄️

A few simple tips can help keep winter fun on track:
🛷Choose your location carefully.
❄️Avoid sledding on ice or hard packed snow.
🛷Avoid jumps, bumps, and dips on the slope.
❄️Point your feet downhill.
🛷Wear a helmet and other body armor, such as wrist guards.
❄️Dispose of broken sleds immediately.
🛷Do not tow sleds behind cars or ATVs

WALK-IN CLINIC OPEN SATURDAY, DECEMBER 13

We are pleased to share that our Saturday Walk-In Clinic will be open on December 13th, from 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM, regardless of power status! We are adding additional staffing to meet the community's needs.

Here is the latest operational update:

Walk-In Clinic (Sat, Dec 13): OPEN 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM. Please note that due to limited internet access, we are unable to accommodate any pre-scheduled appointments—it will be walk-ins only.

ER & Ambulances: Remain fully operational and ready to respond.

Power & Phones: We currently have partial power and phone access, but these services remain unstable and could go out at any time. Our phone lines will be staffed on Saturday for assistance.

Clinic & Rehab (Fri, Dec 12): Remain CLOSED.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we navigate these ongoing challenges.
