Our caregivers train regularly for moments like these, but community members can learn these life-saving skills too.

Su***de prevention is a community responsibility.

Join us on March 18 for a training designed to help community members feel more informed, more confident, and more prepared to talk about su***de and support those who may be struggling.

The session will be led by Aisha Houghton, MSW, LICSW, and Dr. Maxwell Moholy, both certified trainers through Forefront Su***de Prevention, a Center of Excellence at the University of Washington.

This evidence-based model recognizes that prevention happens not only one-on-one, but also at the community and organizational level. Together, we can build a community that knows how to ask, listen, and connect people to help.
