⚽️ SAVE THE DATE: KinderKicks Summer Soccer ⚽️

Registration opens soon for KinderKicks — a fun, introductory soccer program for kids ages 3½–5 in the Leavenworth area! Practices will take place the first four Saturdays of August 2026 from 9-10:30am at Icicle River Middle School.

Players receive a ball, jersey, and shin guards — and families can expect lots of fun focused on ball skills, movement, teamwork, and play.

Spring Soccer Photos are this Saturday!! ⚽️📸

A note from our Photographer Extraordinaire Dzhan Wiley:

Hello LSC families!
This Saturday, May 9th is picture day at IRMS field! See schedule below.
If you have any questions about pictures or ordering, feel free to contact me at info@dzhanwiley.com.

Here are the basics:
- All you have to do right now is text this code: LSCSPRING26 to the number 90738
- You will then have an option to do an advance purchase that will credit toward your order once the gallery is up. This advance order is not required.
- You do not order pictures until you have seen the pictures.
- Once the pictures are ready, you will receive a text (and another email).
- Your order will be shipped directly to your door.
- No pre-ordering required. No paperwork. No checks.

Do not hesitate to reach out with any questions.

Snacks aren’t an essential part of the game, but they sure do add to the fun! ⚽😊

A big thank you to all the families who have signed up to bring snacks this season—we appreciate you helping make game days a little extra special for our players.

As a reminder, please be mindful of allergies when choosing snacks so all kids can safely enjoy them.

And feel free to keep it simple! We know everything adds up, and part of keeping snacks fun is making sure they stay easy and affordable for everyone.

Sometimes a coach needs to be away, a referee is unavailable, or an extra set of hands is needed. Thank you to the family members who step up and fill in. Rec soccer really is community soccer! ⚽️

Leavenworth Soccer Club offers Summer Camps in partnership with Challenger Sports to bring in qualified international soccer coaches for a week-long camp. This year, two camps are offered for children ages 3-14. ⚽️

Both camps will have the same structure and focus, and are appropriate for all levels, with groups for those who are newer to soccer and to those who are at the top of their game.

Foundational Skills Camp: July 6- 10 and August 17-21.

Half day and full day options available! Both camps will be hosted at Icicle River Middle School.

Yesterday, six new referees took part in a training—and a little history was made! This marked the first local Referee Training Clinic in 10 years. 🖤⚽️🤍

A big shoutout to Referee Trainers Eric and Elliot, along with LSC Board Members Jaime and Lisa, for making this possible. 💛

Referees are essential to the game of soccer, and we’re excited for a season filled with new faces stepping onto the field in this important role. When you see a referee—before, during, or after a game—please join us in showing your appreciation. As always, let’s lead with sportsmanship and respect.

Rain or shine we will be lining District Office soccer fields (Osborn) at 9:00am this morning! Come out and help us get it done fast (maybe less than an hour) for two U6 fields! Help out the kids and our coaches!

40 coaches are volunteering their time across 24 teams this spring soccer season! If you have kiddos playing, be sure to support these people. It’s often the little things that make all the difference, so be sure to help the coaches however you can. Go Spring Soccer 2026! ⚽️
