Established in 1992, CMF's mission is to enhance and financially support Cascade Medical's ability to deliver quality healthcare to our community.
We do this through fundraising for important medical equipment and programmatic support. Established in 1992, we have funded nearly one and a half million dollars in medical center projects and state-of-the-art equipment.

Join us on March 18 for a training designed to help community members feel more informed, more confident, and more prepared to talk about su***de and support those who may be struggling.
The session will be led by Aisha Houghton, MSW, LICSW, and Dr. Maxwell Moholy, both certified trainers through Forefront Su***de Prevention, a Center of Excellence at the University of Washington.
This evidence-based model recognizes that prevention happens not only one-on-one, but also at the community and organizational level. Together, we can build a community that knows how to ask, listen, and connect people to help.

We were thrilled to welcome Cascade Medical’s Endoscopy Suite team to our board meeting recently! 🥰
A huge thank you to Dr. Butruille and his outstanding team for everything they do — and for taking the time to share their work with us.
Cascade Medical recently added a second endoscopy procedure day, doubling capacity for services that are essential in detecting and preventing gastrointestinal diseases, including cancer.
Hearing directly from the team about how our current fundraising campaign will enhance the program and benefit local residents was truly inspiring.
This year, Cascade Medical Foundation is raising $101,000 to upgrade equipment in the Endoscopy Suite, including new scopes and an ultra‑high‑definition monitor and video system.
