Established in 1992, CMF's mission is to enhance and financially support Cascade Medical's ability to deliver quality healthcare to our community.
We do this through fundraising for important medical equipment and programmatic support. Established in 1992, we have funded nearly one and a half million dollars in medical center projects and state-of-the-art equipment.

We are honored to receive an Upper Valley Fund Legacy Grant from the Community Foundation of NCW!
This generous $5,000 grant helps kick-start our $101,000 campaign to purchase new equipment for Cascade Medical’s Endoscopy Suite — including a new endoscope, 2 new colonoscopes and an ultra-HD monitor and video system.
Endoscopy and colonoscopy are critical tools for detecting and preventing gastrointestinal diseases, including cancer. Early detection saves lives.
A huge thank you to the Community Foundation of NCW and the incredible Upper Valley community members who commit time and resources to making a difference!
