A simple yet powerful blend, DreamCream practically created itself after we combined our calendula and marshmallow salve, colloidal oatmeal and Manuka honey one late evening to have a eureka! moment when it finally gave Esme relief from her eczema that was painful for *anything* to touch. Now, years later, we’re so happy to be able to provide you with a little relief from such a mysterious and frustrating condition.

Something so rare ✨ all of the botanicals in IO skin and body care are grown and processed from *this year’s harvest*

Our luscious botanicals are mostly perennial, which means they adapt year after year to our harsh mountain winters and intense arid summers. These subtle adaptations have been shown to actually increase the nutrient makeup of plants to increase resiliency, also carried on in the seeds we collect for our annual varieties.

The result? Color wonder, sticky, resinous flowers, intense aromas and visible health and potency. Health you can see and feel when you use our products.

I tried buying herbs- the brown, colorless botanicals I found from suppliers, even the best and most expensive suppliers, were not potent enough for my taste. I know you will feel the difference ✨❤️

Yes, it’s true!! I love retinol ❤️🥰

Retinol, aka vitamin A, is a powerhouse of anti-aging pleasure, my nightly go-to for tomorrow’s glow. Our two products, the PM Treatment Facial Oil and PM Serum, are packed with our fresh IO grown herbs and other scientifically backed ingredients to regenerate the skin and reduce signs of aging.

New to retinol? Take it slow! Retinol turns over the cells so quickly it can cause some temporary irritation, including redness and dryness, which can exacerbate wrinkles and fine lines- but this is *temporary* and mean that the magic is happening and fresh, healthy cells will soon be revealed ✨ this can largely be prevented by first usig retinol products 2-3x/week, and then increasing as the skin gets used to the increased cell turnover 👌

If you look on our labels, you’ll see “love” listed as an ingredient, and it’s always been the foundation of everything we do.

As I was making this soap, named “Arco Iris” after an old friend (yes, her name is literally “Rainbow” in Spanish and she is a stunning professional pianist), I was so excited to cut it, to see the hidden colors of the shapes. This is much like humanity- so beautiful when you dive beneath the surface.

Today, we celebrate love and all the colors that make the world so very beautiful. Love to you all, always ❤️
