Happy International Women’s Day ✨

What does it mean? It means yelling “powerful women stick together!” as you leave the grocery store, after you had a conversation with the check-out person about investing money and securing your future. It means teaching your daughters how to drive, in a world where some women are NOT allowed yo drive. It means letting your hair blow in the breeze and wearing whatever you want, because you are FREE to do so. It means EMPOWERING other women to be strong, and brave, and not to take no for an answer. It means sisters supporting sisters and bringing each other up to the top where we belong, in equality.

As a woman who runs her own business, I feel very strongly about supporting other women and making sure we remain strong, together. One woman’s success is YOUR success, remember it, always.

Day 3 Chumstick beautification ✨🌎♻️ picked up four buckets south of Spromberg Canyon- still a ton of trash, so planning to finish this stretch tomorrow. Today there were a few “reusable” plastic bags that were disintegrating and there were microplastics everywhere, cleaned it as thoroughly as possible but still impossible to get everything. A great reminder of how plastic manifests into our environment and our bodies.

I found a letter strewn over the road in several pages signed, “an addict” (please know I am not labeling anyone, only referring to what they called themselves in the letter- I am compassionate to those who live with addiction). It occurred to me, picking up bottles and cans and vapes, and then the letter, that picking up the garbage that it creates would be cathartic for this writer. If you’re out there, I’m here for you…let’s pick up some trash together 🕊️💪✨😘

We love fresh cut soap, as the aroma and colors pop in a big when they are first released ✨ features our newest varieties in bulk where you can try as much or as little as you want 🫧

We love having you at the studio where you can choose from over 35 varieties, but when you can’t make it down canyon, supporting locally owned Sage Mountain is also super awesome.

All the way up in Plain? Also no worries! We have many varieties of soap to choose from so you can get your antioxidant + essential oil clean fix ✨

If you see us on the Chumstick today give a little “whoop whoop!” but I have to tell you the honking scares me a little even though we know you mean well ❤️🙏🥰✨😘

Can stop won’t stop! I don’t have any lemon balm or raspberries to pick right now but there certainly is a TON of trash on my road that I literally dream about in my sleep.

Picked up eight 5-gallon buckets north of our studio today, which we were so excited about we didn’t think to document. This pictured here is south of our farm, about a mile down where we like to mountain bike up an adjacent canyon. This spot is not nearly finished but the garbage is so extreme I think it may take a few trips. 🗑️😘♻️

I have always felt a strong call to pick up garbage from beautiful places, and as I walk Chumstick Hwy I see how incredibly beautiful this canyon is. If I remember my phone I’ll get a video of the rushing creek that runs alongside the road ❤️🦦✨

Shout out to my kids for waiting to hang with their friends and go to the playground so I could grab a little bit more trash before potential weather that may thwart progress ❤️🥰✨🛝

One more thing!! This is a GREAT time to clean the community, before the vegetation grows in and the waters begin raging. Even THREE MINUTES of trash pickup will make a huge difference 😘😘😘

All this trash within a half mile of our farm…50% were hard cider cans, assumingely from a single person. Four five gallon buckets filled and also found two trash bags that we filled…time to clean up beautiful Chumstick canyon ⛰️ We’re calling this Day 1 of operation clean our canyon ❤️❤️❤️

Let us know when you start to notice a difference as you drive up to our place and beyond 😘

Ps. Next time, going to have a better hair situation 🤣
