✈️ I was having lunch with a facial plastic surgeon colleague of mine who is older. The topic of patients who travel for their surgeries came up. In his prime, it was not common to seek out plastic surgeons in different cities. Much less travel INTO Kansas City for plastic surgery, unheard of! But today, thanks a lot to social media, patients are well informed and choose a plastic surgeon based on a lot of factors other than just geography.

✨2025 I took a leap and left a steady, well paying, stable job to go at it solo and open my own private facial plastics practice. Was it terrifying? Absolutely. Am I glad I did it? Definitely!
