This is a terrific group of surgeons who all volunteer their time. Taking time away from their families and practices to give back to the profession. They have become a special set of friends that I value seeing each year while we give back together as a group.

in the dry lab we teach arthroscopic techniques like how to tie a suture knot inside someone’s shoulder through an arthroscope 😎

Proud alumnus from Va Tech class of 1991 (B.S. Biology, minor in Chemistry) and 1993 (M.S. Microbiology). Great memories and friendships that endure. Grateful for Dr. Greg Ferry (https://science.psu.edu/bmb/people/jgf3) for starting my true scientific career in the Biochemistry and Anaerobic Microbiology Department.

Learned how to anaerobically ferment Methanosarcina thermophila, a methane producing anaerobic bacterium, among other terrific scientific techniques. 😁

Pam Collins - Happy Birthday from Drs. Browne, Barnthouse, McCullough, Peer and Carlisle. Pam has been with this group of surgeons for over 25 years and has been working for orthopedic surgeons for nearly 50 years. The Doctors and Staff of KCOA that work with Pam admire her unbelievable dedication to keeping the order and making sure our patients get the best care possible. Personally I can say she is the most hard working, best organized, most knowledgeable Office Manager and Surgery Scheduler I’ve seen. Anywhere. Ever.

Pam, your crew admires you and appreciates you. Happy damn Birthday. And yes, you may retire, but we still expect you to show up at work tomorrow!
