Attention: We are looking to fill the Site Director position at Maison de Naissance maternal and infant health center in Torbeck, Haiti. This is a full-time, in-person, salaried position. The primary requirements are: Haitian heritage; prior health center/hospital management experience in Haiti; fluent English and Haitian Kreyol, conversational French; and an ability to work with minimal supervision. Experience in maternal health care with an emphasis on midwifery is preferred. Adaptability to changing circumstances in a challenging environment is critical, and a willingness to travel as conditions permit.
