🌳 Arbor Day 🌳�Today, we planted a tree in remembrance of a cherished staff member and all the loved ones we’ve lost. This tree will stand as a living tribute—rooted in love, remembrance, and gratitude—growing stronger with time, just as their impact and memories continue to live on in us. ✨ What an incredible night! ✨
Our open house last night was an absolute success. We loved seeing so many friendly faces, sharing great conversations, and feeling the energy of our amazing community.

The highlight of the evening was a completely unexpected — but very welcome — surprise visit from State Senator Kellie Warren. Her stopping by made the night even more special, and we’re grateful for her time and support.

Also a big congratulations to Jenna with Total Wound Care for winning our raffle basket! 🙌🎉

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the event memorable. We’re excited for what’s ahead and so glad to have you all along for the journey!

With many years of service as a floor nurse, DON, and MDS Coordinator, Larie has built a reputation for her strong clinical knowledge, leadership, and dedication to quality outcomes.

We’re thrilled to announce that Tracey has joined our leadership team as Assistant Director of Nursing. She’s already well-loved in our building, and we couldn’t be more excited to see her step into this role.
Tracey graduated from Concorde Class of 2022—finishing first in her class, which tells you everything you need to know about her dedication and drive. She began her nursing career at one of our sister facilities in California before transferring to The Healthcare Resort of Leawood in 2023, where she has been an incredible night shift charge nurse.
Her passion for resident care, her calm leadership, and her commitment to excellence make her the perfect fit for this next step.

Our IDT team had an amazing time at this year’s Annual Market Meeting! We had the opportunity to hear from inspiring speakers from our sister markets, as well as Jared from the Service Center, who shared valuable insights on 5-Star Leadership, great customer service, and employee development.
