The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) position is a Full-Time (30-40 hrs/week) position. Monday-Friday, 8a-4p. Responsible, reliable candidates only.

Qualifications:
· RBT certification must be obtained within 2 weeks
· Must have High School diploma
· Preferred Bachelor’s degree in related field
· Preferred experience in childcare
· Preferred experience working with children with ASD
· Must have or obtain CPR certification prior to start date

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
· Applying the principles of one-on-one ABA therapy to help kids with Autism reach their full potential
· Providing early intervention therapy in a center-based setting and required documentation
· Collecting data and implementing individualized treatment plans for each child
· Maintain RBT certification and proper documentation
· Collaboratively work with our BCBA Team and RBT's, as well as our, SLP's, OT's, PT and Psychology
· Adhere to BACB Ethics Code and Standards
