This session will explore the practical coaching strategies that FM administrators can use enhance feedback, build psychological safety, and promote professional fulfillment. Attendees will leave with tools to integrate coaching principles into everyday life and conversations.

OBJECTIVES:
· Differentiate coaching, mentoring, and advising.
· Apply key coaching techniques to support residents and faculty development.
· Implement strategies for growing a coaching culture in residency programs.

Hobart Lee went to the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania. He completed his family medicine residency and academic faculty development fellowship at the University of Michigan. He is an associate professor and current family medicine residency program director at Loma Linda University. He is an AAFP RPS consultant.

This is a 45-minute presentation followed by 15 minutes of Q&A
