We’re celebrating Susan Braun for hitting a huge milestone - 1,000 classes at The Body Lab! Even better? She got to share the moment with her friend, Susanne Stanley.

This journey didn’t happen overnight. It started with one decision to show up, and the choice to keep going, again and again. And one day, you’ll be looking back at your 1,000th class, too. 😉
