Grace of Leawood Grace of Leawood is an assisted living facility that prides itself with the mantra of "The resident is always right" and has a staff that lives the motto!

We have provided care in assisted living for more than ten years. Our success rests on choosing staff members who are driven, outgoing and most of all compassionate. We believe that our residents are the customers. Just as the saying goes, "the resident is always right!" Our goal is to make the transition from independence to assisted living as smooth and as easy as possible. That is where our staff plays the biggest role. Each employee that works at Grace of Leawood, from our administrator to our caregivers and dietary team, should come into work every day with teamwork and a desire to meet the residents every need in mind. One of our mottos to live by is, "There is no job that is not your job as long as you are certified to do it." We hold everyone accountable to this standard of thinking. Without teamwork, we would not be able to provide for our residents as well as we do. We provide training through in-services that are conducted by members of management and also from outside professionals. We encourage everyone to partake in the endless amount of continuing education that is conducted in outside facilities as well. Continuing to learn as we go is vital due to the ever changing assisted living field we are in.
