Sometimes, we become too tired to sing our own song and our neck will remind us that we need to.What is the Somatic emotional and spiritual energy in the neck?The archetype of Leader, is embodied in the neck. Where are you being lead or ruled and where are you being called to rule and lead? Leadership maintains order, disciplined performance, and stability. The most important role of a leader is to use their voice and experience to address the concerns of the group. Speaking with truth can powerfully move energy. Sometimes it is our own hesitancy about stepping into a new and better landscape but one we’re not familiar with that causes lack of flexibility and energy blockages in the neck and throat such as pain, stiffness, sore throat, laringitis, or thyroid imbalances. Our body is letting us know what we need.🧡
