This nearly the most talked about issue in my practice.
SLEEP
Or, lack of it.
And, actual RESTFUL and HEALING sleep.

I have been able to trial RESTORED and am so blessed to be able to share it.

Check this out!!

What I found, while caring for a newborn, is I was able to fall into deeper REM sleep faster, and even while able to easily wake to take care of the baby, I feel right back to sleep into the deep healing sleep that we all actually need.

I just got back from a conference in Orlando - So grateful to have had the sunshine!☀️

I have been on a journey into peptide research for the last year or so.
