Hey, I know it’s scary to invest your hard earned money and precious time into outside support when you’ve tried time and again to reach goals only to experience feelings of frustration. What if the same thing happens again? Hear me out.
My approach to weight loss + wellness for women is different than any diet or eating trend you’ve tried.
My program is focused on coming to understand the way your unique biology works, how it utilizes food, and exactly the ways in which exercise impacts your metabolism and digestion, and utilizing this information in your daily life to support all your systems in functioning the way they were designed.
We take the pressure off your body to constantly ‘fix’ what caused stress to the body by eating & living in a more natural way.
This leads to healing and increased energy.
Which leads to the motivation to continue fine tuning your habits to keep the ball rolling.
Which leads to transformation of body and mind.
I don’t claim that my program fixes everything or makes things perfect - in fact it leaves plentiful room for all the totally real imperfections and flaws of life & being human.
What my program does do is bring you down to earth from all the diet trends & fads you’ve heard of that have confused truth and good judgment.
It brings you to a place of reality, coming to terms with where your health actually is and being honest with yourself about the pace you can sustainably add in habits, one baby step at a time, that when stacked on top of one another, lead to a transformed relationship to food & body image, healing within the body & even weight loss, if that’s your goal.
