Our birth and postpartum community has lost one of the most compassionate angels on Earth. Corinne Takach was the most amazing mom and wife, a fiercely loving friend, and a damn good labor and delivery nurse and doula. In her short time, the impact of her care for anyone she came in contact with has spread far and wide.

Corinne was our “waiting in the wings” doula, ready to get a call if circumstances presented. I hope she always knew how incredibly helpful that was for us. More importantly, she was our friend, and nothing thrilled us more than to find out we’d be together at a birth in our respective rolls. Corinne was a natural doula - always giving more than a human should be able to, always the best listener and ultimate hype woman.
To miss her is to have loved her, and we will never let go of that privilege.

“While it was an extra expense, hiring a doula service for the birth of my firstborn was one of the best decisions I made. I felt prepared going into the hospital thanks to their "pre-" meetings and education. They were my go-to for "is this normal?" questions. They gave me resources and helped keep me calm through my labor at home which started at 1 am, until I decided I was ready to go to the hospital. Hayley made sure to snap pictures in the delivery room, which I am so glad to have to look back on, she also stayed by my side when my mom and husband rushed over to admire the baby. Postpartum, Hayley and Chelsea both offered vital support in the form of texts, calls, and in-person check-ins. Even well after the contracted service, it was nice to be able to have someone to call when I felt overwhelmed by motherhood and needed an un-biased third party to just vent to. I highly recommend their doula services for pregnancy, birth, and postpartum."

In this 5 week workshop, the parent or caregiver will be learning to provide the nurturing touch of massage to your baby. This process of bonding offers so many opportunities for you and your baby to get to communicate and strengthen your relationship while building upon love and trust through interaction, relaxation, stimulation, and relief. Class length is 1 hour and space is limited.
