Hey friends — anyone else just crave a simpler, freer way of living?
Isn’t it amazing what happens when we start thinking outside the box? Whether it’s how we approach healthcare, education, the food we eat or how we live day to day — there’s something refreshing about finding our own way.
Choosing natural and holistic paths, supporting local farmers, standing for Truth, and learning through real-life experiences — it all connects us back to what matters most; faith, family, and freedom. Even if rules say no to backyard chickens or goats (looking at you, HOA 😉), we can still live freely by supporting those who do.
Every choice we make is a quiet vote for the world we want to build. Not only does it connect us to nature’s goodness, provide transparency, and offer more choices, but it keeps old traditions alive and supports our local community at the same time. Patients shouldn’t pay sky-high prices for the same care just to boost hospital profits. "Site-neutral payment" reform means fairness, lower costs, and billions in savings. CMS has delayed long enough — it’s time to act.
CMS is taking public comments until Sept 12 on “site-neutral payments,” a reform that would close this loophole and lower costs for everyone.

In 2016, with nearly 20 years of healthcare experience, Dr. Robert Steves III and his family established The Town Doctor® as the first step towards making high quality primary & wellness care more accessible to the community. Doctoring is no easy task – it requires relationship, research, evaluation, and a whole lot of hard work to be successful.
Believing strongly that sustainable primary care has an important place in our healthcare system, we decided to do things differently. It’s not just about providing primary care, but recognizing the vital, and complementary roles that each part of us plays. By creating and nourishing people without the rush, The Town Doctor® understands caring for people isn’t just something we do – it’s who we are. Getting to know people uniquely and designing care to help them reach their peak performance is rewarding for all of us.
We are a sustainable primary care oasis who believes in educating healthcare consumers of their choices, and our belief is that proper care starts first when built on a relationship with a clinician who KNOWS YOU well. Our practice focuses’ on people, and intentionally putting health before medicine. At the top of our priorities is the stewardship of our bodies, our healthcare dollars and the overall health of our practice.
One of our goals is to help educate a future generation of physicians, while producing top-class care to both our children and grandchildren.
