🏌️♂️ Does your back, neck, or elbow hurt after a round of golf?
Golf may look smooth, but the repetitive rotation of a swing places a lot of stress on the spine, hips, shoulders, and elbows.
Some of the most common issues we see in golfers include:
• Low back pain after playing
• Tight hips limiting rotation
• Shoulder stiffness during the backswing
• Golfer’s elbow
• Neck tension or reduced swing mobility
Chiropractic care helps restore proper joint motion, improve mobility, and reduce strain so your body can move the way it should during your swing.
Depending on what you're experiencing, we may also use additional therapies like:
• Shockwave therapy to help relieve tension and tightness
• Laser therapy to reduce inflammation
• Spinal decompression for symptoms like numbness into the arms or hands, or sharp pain radiating into the neck
Many of our patients now make chiropractic care part of their pre-round routine to stay loose before teeing off.
⛳ Stay loose. Swing freely. Play longer.
