I’m so excited to offer my upcoming Reiki Level I & II Certification Training at Metanoia Healing Center. This will be a 2-day immersive experience where you’ll learn how to work with Reiki energy for both personal healing and helping others.

Investment:
Early Bird: $250 (through March 20)
Regular Price: $275

A $150 deposit reserves your spot, with the remaining balance due one week before the training.

There are moments in life when what we teach becomes what we must live.

Recently, I walked through one of those moments.

I donated a kidney to a family friend — and his body accepted it immediately. Watching life flow where there was once struggle has been one of the most humbling experiences of my life.

But the surgery itself isn’t what feels most significant to me.

What feels significant… is the whisper.

Months ago, there was a quiet inner nudge to get tested. It didn’t make logical sense at first. It wasn’t loud. It wasn’t urgent. It was simply steady.

And alongside that whisper came reassurance — repeated angel numbers, confirmations in prayer, moments of peace that didn’t match the magnitude of the decision. 111. 222. 555. Over and over.

Each one felt like a gentle reminder:
You are supported. You are guided. This is aligned.

This journey has reminded me that intuition aligned with God does not feel chaotic. It feels calm. Even when it stretches us. I kept questioning when the “fear” would set in. It never came.

Trusting the unfolding doesn’t mean we’re fearless. It means we believe there is a plan even when we can’t yet see the whole picture.

As my body continues to heal, I will be taking some time away from client sessions to fully honor rest and recovery. Metanoia has always been about alignment — and right now, alignment looks like allowing my body to integrate this experience.

I will resume sessions once I feel fully ready, grounded, and restored.

If this season has taught me anything, it is this:

God speaks in whispers.
The path unfolds step by step.
And when we listen… life moves.

✨ I’m so excited to share something new… ✨

I am officially certified in the use of Color and Sound as a healing modality and Ive earned my Metaphysician Practitioner degree through Delphi University 💜

This journey has deepened my understanding of how vibration, frequency, and energetic alignment influence our healing, our emotions, and our spiritual growth. Color and sound are not just beautiful — they are powerful tools that can gently shift energy, awaken clarity, and support transformation at the soul level.

Becoming a Metaphysician Practitioner has expanded my ability to see and work with the subtle layers of the human experience — mind, body, energy, and spirit — in an even more intentional way.

I’m beyond excited to begin weaving these modalities into sessions to help create an even more magical, aligned, and expansive healing experience for my clients. ✨

The evolution continues… and I’m so grateful to walk this path with you. 🤍

My word for the year is TRUST.

Every year I choose a word that becomes an anchor for how I want to live, grow, and move through life.
Last year my word was PROGRESS — and it carried me forward in powerful ways.

This year feels different.

This year is asking me to slow down, soften, and listen.

I chose TRUST because I’m learning (again and again) that I don’t need to have every answer to be supported.
Trusting my intuition.
Trusting my body.
Trusting God’s timing.
Trusting that what is meant for me will not pass me and what passes me wasnt meant for me.

This word isn’t about being fearless or certain.
It’s about choosing faith over control.
Presence over rushing.
Listening instead of forcing.

So this year, I’m practicing:
• letting things unfold
• honoring inner wisdom
• releasing the need to rush clarity
• believing that I am held, guided, and supported
