Announcement:
To our amazing wonderful community,
It has been an amazing last 4 years. We opened our doors September of 2021 and made it through the ups and downs any new business experiences, the curveballs that came at everyone during the Covid-19 pandemic, and life in general. What stood out to us was was the same thing that convinced us that this was where we wanted to be- this communityās steadfast dedication to supporting each other and maintaining a sense of community. Weāve been honored and humbled to have had the privilege of being part of it. It pains us that a year after we moved from our original location, weāve exhausted every avenue to find a permanent clinic location and remain in Sweet Home. We are incredibly appreciative for the grace and generosity weāve been shown by the community and by our City Council in extending us an opportunity to temporarily occupy the Old City Hall building, allowing us time to search for a permanent home in town. From the bottom of our hearts, we wish we were announcing that weād succeeded in that regard.
We will be moving our services to downtown Lebanon by the end of this month in an effort to continue our commitment to serving East Linn County. Our new address will be 41 E Ash Street, Lebanon, OR 97355. Phone numbers will remain the same and we do not anticipate any additional delays in refills or referrals.
