***CHARITY RAFFLE!! Visiting us for primary care or urgent care? Doodle a scratch-art leaf during your visit and we’ll display it with the others. For every leaf entered, the value of the raffled prize goes up $1 and we will donate $2 to local food banks in Lebanon & Sweet Home. Winning leaf will be chosen on November 25th and donations made by end of the month. One leaf per visit. If you bring your kiddo under 10 with you, they can make a leaf with or without an appointment!

***PSA: Since literally most everyone is sick with some sort of crud, we'll be ordering more IV Hydration Vitamin & Anti-oxidant supplies and updating our pricing to make them more available. So instead of simply lowering the cost to less than anywhere else, we'll be offering them for basically the equivalent of "Time & Materials" to help folks get a jump on the season. More details to follow.

Pricing: $135ea
Federal Law surrounding medical billing technically makes charging less that what we charge Medicare and contracted insurance companies fraud, so the IV fluids we’re unable to legally discount, but since we don’t/cant bill insurances or Medicare/medicaid for the vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants we put in the IV fluids, we’re just gonna go ahead and NOT going to charge for them at all.

Here’s the detailed breakdown:
1 Liter IV Fluids: $78.17
Vitamin C 500mg: $0
Vitamin B1,B3: $0
Vitamin B2,B5,B6: $0
Magnesium:$0
Manganese:$0
Copper: $0
Zinc 2.5mg: $0

The rest goes to supplies, staffing, utilities, and liability overhead.😎

Medically unrelated, but if anyone wants any free snacks, these free-range, antbiotic-free, humanely raised grapes were just picked today! Kids get priority, and a free book of their choice to take home. No appointment necessary. 🙂

Hey everyone! We’re all moved in to our new office space 41 E Ash St in Lebanon. Dr Sam (me) is now available 3 full days a week and hat tip to Dr Chad who hasn’t skipped a beat seeing and taking care of folks. We’re open M-F 9-5, and accepting new patients. Next on our to do is a new sign, revamping our website, and settling in. Thank you, Sweet Home! We miss being in town, but we’re still here, still doing home visits, and still hold the community close at heart.

Announcement:

To our amazing wonderful community,

It has been an amazing last 4 years. We opened our doors September of 2021 and made it through the ups and downs any new business experiences, the curveballs that came at everyone during the Covid-19 pandemic, and life in general. What stood out to us was was the same thing that convinced us that this was where we wanted to be- this community’s steadfast dedication to supporting each other and maintaining a sense of community. We’ve been honored and humbled to have had the privilege of being part of it. It pains us that a year after we moved from our original location, we’ve exhausted every avenue to find a permanent clinic location and remain in Sweet Home. We are incredibly appreciative for the grace and generosity we’ve been shown by the community and by our City Council in extending us an opportunity to temporarily occupy the Old City Hall building, allowing us time to search for a permanent home in town. From the bottom of our hearts, we wish we were announcing that we’d succeeded in that regard.

We will be moving our services to downtown Lebanon by the end of this month in an effort to continue our commitment to serving East Linn County. Our new address will be 41 E Ash Street, Lebanon, OR 97355. Phone numbers will remain the same and we do not anticipate any additional delays in refills or referrals.
