reGROWth Wellness is offering a full day of wellness, just in time to bolster up before the clocks change!
Saturday, November 1st, from 8am to 5pm, we are hosting:

Nicole Carriere’s amazing yoga class (https://www.facebook.com/nicolecarriereyoga/);
Melodie Swanson from The Experience (https://www.theexperience-nh.com/about) to talk about and demonstrate Vibroacoustic Therapy;
Jeffrey Charles Warren’s cleansing Sound Bath (https://jeffreycharleswarren.com/); and
Kristin Eastman of Kalahari Crystals, sharing her gorgeous crystals (which will be for sale) and also speaking on Manifestation.
We will provide light refreshments, lunch will be on your own.
In addition to these amazing speakers there will be an Essential Oil bar (add on fee), 15 minute massages (add on fee), and crystals (for sale) during our breaks and lunch.
