“They want my morning glucose number to be 130 and today it was 131. That’s the first time it has ever been that low in the morning. It’s usually like 190. Spring is here!....or so the calendar says.....our lawns tell us spring has arrived by the sighting of dandelions!
Some folks are often in a rush to get rid of dandelions, but, not so fast! If your source of dandelions has not been sprayed, you can use the leaves to make tea!
Dandelion leaf tea is a great source of fiber (inulin) for your gut bacteria AND is also a great way to cleanse your liver/kidneys.
If making dandelion tea isn't your thing, you can always buy some at your favorite local supermarket.

A great way to get some healthy fat…..in dessert form!

Chocolate Avocado Pudding 🍫 🥑

2 avocados, medium pitted and peeled
1 squeeze fresh lemon juice 🍋
6 tbsp maple syrup
6 tbsp cacao powder
1/2 tsp Celtic sea salt
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Combine all ingredients in small blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Feel free to add some frozen fruit on top and enjoy!
