Provide an independent supervision of the delivery of care to residents on a nursing unit using the provided resources

Assist in the development of individual care plans
Administer nursing care within your scope of practice
Evaluate nursing care delivered by certified and non-certified staff and provide the appropriate education as needed
Capably supervise direct care staff such as Nursing Assistants and Certified Nursing Assistants
