🧘‍♀️ We flowed, we laughed, we gave back! 🥫

This week’s yoga classes were full of gratitude, balance, and smiles — all while collecting canned goods for the local senior center. 💛

We even used the canned goods in class to help strengthen our bodies. 💪

✨ ZEN & TONIC ✨

What a night! We shared space with an awesome vibe, moved through a gentle yoga flow, toured the incredible ARK Distillery, sampled some delicious adult beverages, and most importantly—had a fantastic time together. 🧘‍♀️🍸

🌤️ We Created Space—Together 🌿

What a beautiful experience it was to come together for our weekly outdoor yoga class Jonathan Trumbull Library focused on creating space—in our bodies, our minds, and our lives.

Surrounded by nature, we moved with intention, breathed deeply, and let go of what no longer served us. With each pose and every breath, we found room to stretch, reflect, and reconnect.

Thank you to everyone who joined us under the open sky. Your energy, presence, and openness made this gathering so special.

🧘‍♀️ Yoga on the Lebanon Green — With a Few “Extras” 🎤🧺🐶

Today’s yoga class was a beautiful mix of zen and real life! Between microphone checks, picnic setups, barking dogs, and other distractions we had plenty of opportunities to practice staying grounded. 🌿

Because let’s be honest — peace isn’t about perfect silence. It’s about learning to breathe through the unexpected.

Huge thanks to everyone who showed up, stayed present, and embraced the energy of practicing right in the heart of our community. 💚🧘‍♂️
