Solutions Community Counseling and Recovery Centers have been fortunate to provide services to Warren, Clinton and the surrounding counties since 1985. We have had different names over time. We have been proud to be a good community partner and offer a comprehensive array of services for both mental health and substance use treatment. The impacts of COVID on the workforce has been extremely difficult for community behavioral health organizations. We have determined that a larger organization is needed to weather the changes and staffing issues of the current practice environment. After careful consideration, management has made the difficult decision to dissolve the organization.

We have been in discussions with Greater Cincinnati Behavioral Health Services (GCBHS) to partner and plan a transitional process which preserves services to clients and supports staff.

GCBHS is also a comprehensive behavioral health organization who aligns with our mission and commitment to provide important, quality services to those we serve. Through this partnership, clients will be transitioned to GCBHS for services.

Together, Solutions and GCBHS leadership established a few guiding principles as we planned this transition process. Excellent care for our clients is the top priority. We are also committed to making this process as smooth as possible and with the least amount of disruption. There will still be a location in Warren County and a location in Clinton County. Many of the staff will remain the same so you may not need to change your primary provider or prescriber.

Over the next 30 days we will be working on a plan to transfer client services to GCBHS. In the meantime, services will continue uninterrupted. If you are a client and upon receiving this letter you would like to be referred or transferred to another agency, please let us know as soon as possible. You can reach out to your insurance company for a referral to a new provider or you can check out www.mhrbwcc.org for other network providers in Warren and Clinton Counties. We want to make sure that you get connected and do not go without services.

Mental Health Recovery Board Serving Warren and Clinton Counties (MHRB) is the local board of alcohol, drug addiction, and mental health services. Our role is to plan, fund, monitor, and evaluate the public system of services and programs serving residents of our two-county area. We contract with va...

๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ Honoring Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ

On December 7th, we pause to remember the lives lost and the bravery shown during the attack on Pearl Harbor in 1941. This day stands as a reminder of the resilience and sacrifice of those who served and the unity that arose from tragedy.

Let us take a moment to honor the heroes and reflect on the importance of peace and remembrance.
