Eight years ago, I opened the doors to this studio with a simple intention, to create a space where people could move, breathe and feel at home.
Today, my heart is full of gratitude!
To every student who has walked through our doors, whether it was once or a hundred times, THANK YOU for trusting this space, for showing up as you and for allowing yoga to meet you exactly where you needed it.
To our instructors, your energy, passion and authenticity are what bring this studio to life. You are such an essential part of what makes this community what it is.
And to this beautiful, ever evolving journey, thank you for the lessons, the growth, the challenges and the countless moments of connection!
This studio has never just been about yoga. It’s about community, healing, laughter, support and finding a sense of belonging.

Sacred Sound Bath with Jessica
Sunday, May 3rd at 6:00 PM
This will be our last sound bath for a little while as Jessica heads off on her travels for the next couple of months, so don’t miss it!

A sound bath is a deeply immersive, meditative experience where you’re “bathed” in soothing sound vibrations from instruments like crystal singing bowls, chimes and more(like Jesse's voice!). These vibrations can help calm the nervous system, reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep and create a sense of deep relaxation and inner balance.

If you’ve never tried one before, we highly encourage you to come experience it. No prior experience needed at all. Just come as you are.

Please bring anything that will help you feel as comfortable as possible (pillows, favorite blankets, etc.). The studio will also have bolsters, blankets, extra mats and eye masks available to borrow.

Registration is required via email and payment ($30) is due at the time of registration.
