The City of Lebanon and Lebanon Police Department honored the life of Officer Kendle Blackburn tonight at the regular City Council meeting. Mayor Jared Carr declared December 28, 2021 as Officer Kendle Blackburn Day in the City of Lebanon and the police department officially retired Officer Blackburn’s badge number. Officer Kendle Blackburn is deeply missed and we will never forget his dedication and service to our community.
