Today, we celebrate the incredible mothers we have the privilege of serving every day - the women who pour so much love, strength, and care into their families.

We also hold space for the women who are longing to become mothers, those walking through seasons of waiting, and those carrying the ache of loss. Mother’s Day can hold both joy and grief, celebration and remembrance, and we honor every story.

And to the amazing mothers within our own practice - thank you for the way you so faithfully care for your families while also showing up to serve our patients with compassion, dedication, and excellence.

Motherhood takes many forms, and today we celebrate the beauty, strength, sacrifice, and love woven through each one.

Happy Mother’s Day 🤍

We are officially SOLD OUT ❤️

We are beyond thrilled by the excitement and support this very first Period Party has received. This event has truly been a passion project for us and has been so much fun to bring to life.

Creating a space for honest conversations, education, and confidence-building for young girls is something we care deeply about, and seeing this response means so much.

We are so excited for Saturday and honored to partner with families as they help their girls navigate this important transition into womanhood with confidence, knowledge, and support.

Thank you for believing in this mission with us. Because of the overwhelming response, we’re already planning another Period Party this fall 🍂

Stay tuned for updates!

recently did an interview with about Restore and the heart behind it. She shared that there’s something powerful about turning your own story into purpose. ✨

After experiencing pelvic floor challenges firsthand, Rebekah chose to not only heal but to help others do the same. Through compassionate, whole-person care, she’s creating a space where people feel seen, heard, and empowered in their healing journey.

Because pelvic health isn’t just physical—it’s emotional, personal, and deeply human. 🤍

Her story is a reminder that the things we walk through often shape the way we show up for others. And when care is rooted in empathy, it changes everything.

Meet Katie 💛

Hi! I’m Katie, and I’m honored to be one of the first faces or voices you’ll encounter when you reach out to Restore. My hope is that from the moment you connect with us, you feel safe, supported, and truly seen.

My background is in victim advocacy, where I supported survivors of violent crime through crisis response and navigating the legal system. I’m currently pursuing my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Antioch University with a focus on trauma. I’m deeply passionate about helping people feel empowered in their healing—especially those whose experiences are often overlooked or misunderstood.

I was drawn to Restore not only for its holistic and inclusive approach to pelvic floor therapy, but also because I’ve walked a similar journey myself. I know how vulnerable it can feel to seek help for chronic pain, sexual health concerns, or trauma-related challenges—and how powerful it is to find care that meets you with dignity, knowledge, and compassion.

Outside of work, I’m a creative spirit. I run a photography business, write poetry, and love drawing, painting, reading, or recharging at home with my partner and our three quirky cats. I’m also a lifelong advocate for equity, affirmation, and belonging—in every space, including here at Restore.

When you walk through our doors, I’ll likely be one of the first people you meet. Whether I’m welcoming you in, helping you get settled, or simply offering a warm hello—I’m so glad you’re here. You deserve to feel cared for. ✨

✨Meet Kat ✨
I’ve known I wanted to be a physical therapist since 4th grade—and I never changed my mind 💛
Growing up as a competitive cheerleader, I was fascinated by the impact PT had on my teammates. That passion led me to earn my undergrad (in just 3 years!) and doctorate from Mount St. Joseph University, along with my Herman & Wallace Pelvic Function Certification. I’m currently training to sit for my Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification because I’m always striving to grow in this specialty.
During clinicals, I found myself drawn to the settings many people shy away from—like pelvic floor therapy. It’s intimate, vulnerable work, but the impact it can have on someone’s function, confidence, and quality of life is incredible. It still blows my mind how overlooked pelvic health is for both men and women.
There’s nothing more meaningful to me than helping someone experience a breakthrough, find relief, or regain trust in their body. I’m my patients’ biggest cheerleader, and I want every person I work with to feel safe, heard, and fully supported—especially if past PT experiences left them feeling dismissed.
I first met Becca in an elective she taught at MSJ and later shadowed her at Restore. I remember thinking, This would be my dream job. So when she emailed about an opening, I responded immediately—and the rest is history.
Indiana born, West Side at heart. Outside the clinic, you’ll find me with my grandparents and family, cheering on my younger brother Logan, or spending time with my fiancé (we met in jazz band at MSJ!) who’s studying to be a respiratory therapist at NKU.
Grateful to be doing exactly what 4th-grade me dreamed of ✨

✨ Meet Dr. Deepa Kalliath, PT, DPT, OCS ✨

Hearing a patient say they’re feeling better—or finally getting their quality of life back—is my absolute favorite part of what I do. After more than 25 years as a physical therapist, my passion for this work has never faded.

Experiencing the life-changing impact of pelvic floor physical therapy firsthand is what drives me to help as many people as possible.

My approach to care is holistic, compassionate, evidence-based, and always tailored to the individual. I prioritize truly listening to my patients and drawing on my diverse background as a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist, certified yoga practitioner, and pelvic floor specialist.
Originally from India, I earned my B.S. and M.S. in Physical Therapy from the University of Mumbai and later completed my Doctorate in Physical Therapy in the U.S. I’ve taught at both undergraduate and postgraduate PT programs, treated patients across the globe, and value bringing cultural awareness into every session—so every patient feels safe, heard, and supported.

I’m passionate about advancing our field through research and mentorship and currently serve as an Honorary Research Fellow, studying injury prevention and biomechanics in Indian classical dance (a passion I personally practice!).

Outside the clinic, I’m a proud wife, mom of two college-going kids, and dog lover. I enjoy traveling, exploring new cultures and foods, dancing, staying active, and spending time with family.
💜 I’m passionate about all things pelvic floor—and providing care that helps patients feel seen, heard, loved, and empowered.
