I stood at the edge of the shore as the sun completed its descent.

The horizon held its breath.
When the last thread of light lingered in the clouds,

a form appeared, unmistakable.
A Fire Horse, moving across the sky,
its body shaped in flame,
its motion caught mid-gallop.

It is Day Five of 2026.
The year has barely opened.

The light was leaving.
And there it was.
The timing gathered meaning without asking to be named,
the fifth day,
the eve of the Five Pathways,
a number carried quietly in Pangu Shengong,
the shoreline I return to when remembering,
my beginning of Return to Flow.

Above me, the sky burned with color and momentum.
Below, the sand white, wide, cool
fell into stillness.
No wind.
No voices.
Just a hush moving across the beach
as if the world itself paused to witness
what had already been decided.

Some moments do not arrive to be understood.
They arrive to be remembered.

A reminder that when we align with timing, place, and purpose,
the universe doesn’t whisper…
it reveals.

Fire Water
This came up in a group healing session a couple weeks ago.
Years ago I met a woman who introduced me to muscle testing. It was one of the early steps to my healing and feeling confident that me and my family could be well.

Anyway, she also told be about how this Fire Water changed her allergies and cold/flu symptoms so drastically. Just take a swig every hour or so.

I later learned that this recipe was used clear back in the 1700's. I have a copy of the actual book and its fascinating.
Anyway. Some things are going around and I started drinking it again. Made a batch and sipped on it all week.

I'm on vacation now and dropped in at the store to make a quick version and found this perfect cup to make it in. 16 Oz. Glass cup, glass sealing lid and glass straw. Made some up and have the perfect swig set up. Love it!
