Nori Wrap is a yummy way to wrap up your salad or leftovers for a lighter summer lunch. Mine has 2 sheets nori filled with browned tempeh strips, lentil sprouts, avocado, plus these from : cucumber, heirloom tomato, radish sprouts, red lettuce, plus pickled onion from . Added a little vegan mayo before wrapping. Yum!!

I believe that finding balance and healing is a layered process, not a linear one and healing often comes from a combination of modalities and approaches. Food is a gift we give our bodies everyday. It is my passion to help you find your most vibrant self through joyful, delicious food.

I am a holistic Registered Dietitian Nutritionist providing in-person nutrition counseling, hands-on food prep guidance, meal planning and cooking training in the client's kitchen, and distance counseling by Skype and/or phone.

I believe that plants have so much healing power they deserve the center of the plate; this will only happen if the food is delicious. We each have our own thumbprint and our unique gut biome so of course no one-size-fits-all program will work for everyone. I will help you find an eating style that works best for your life and your body.

I work with clients who have autoimmune condition(s) and/or food sensitivities and want to have clarity of the most supportive way of eating to reduce symptoms significantly.
