❄️ Marion County Warming Centers Open This Weekend ❄️

With frigid temperatures moving into Central Kentucky this weekend, the Marion County Emergency Management Agency is reminding residents that warming centers will be available to help those in need stay safe and warm.

The following locations will be open:

Marion County EMS – Open all weekend

Loretto City Hall – Open all weekend

Bradfordsville Community School – Open from Saturday evening through Sunday evening

Gravel Switch Baptist Church – Open all weekend

Officials encourage anyone who may be without adequate heating, or who may be vulnerable to the extreme cold, to take advantage of these facilities.

The warming centers provide a safe environment with heat, seating, and assistance if needed. Residents are reminded to dress warmly and check on neighbors, especially elderly or vulnerable community members.

It is with great joy that we announce the successful adoption of all 76 children from our Angel Tree program. We express heartfelt gratitude to everyone who adopted an angel, shared our message, or provided support. Lauren deserves special recognition for her dedication and leadership on this project.
