Stephanie’s Favorite Yoga Pose
Scorpion Pose (Vrschikasana) is an advanced yoga inversion and deep backbend that builds intense strength in the shoulders, core, and back while enhancing balance and flexibility. It requires entering a forearm stand (Pincha Mayurasana), then bending the knees to lower the feet toward the head.
