Things in the world are not getting worse, they are getting uncovered, and we are forced to face them in real time. We must motivate ourselves to be steadfast in our commitment and determination to push back the Forces of Darkness (Negative Emotions).
we must learn to be still and, by all accounts, renounce the veil of illusion. the foundational principle of internal transformation is to embody the Higher State Of Consciousness and with clarity in awareness in every moment.
If we continue to experience existence primarily through our feelings alone, then the mind will continue to make us feel and believe that we are our body which is changing and transient.
Be it known that you are unchanging and eternal. That is what you are: and should know by deep thinking, self-regulation, personal observation.
The key to emotional intelligence is to practice the art of Higher Dimension of Pure Consciousness into our focus and clarity of awareness.
Child abuse is a particularly sinister type of trauma because of the shame and guilt it instills in the victim.
With childhood trauma, abuse, and neglect, the individual (child) is often too young to know how to express what is happening and how to break the silence of false secrets.
When not properly responded to, this can result in a lifetime of mental, emotional, and psychological impact, including PTSD, depression, and anxiety.
“Only when we’re able to help people to rewire the trauma response and foster healthier integration, that can have profound effect on their journey toward healing.” Bessel van der Kolk, MD, Pat Ogden, PhD, Ruth Lanius, MD, PhD, Dan Siegel, MD, Stephen Porges, PhD.
A World Of Fear & Anxiety
Humans inhabited a world of fear. "Fear" is a cognitively assembled conscious experience that is based on threat detection, arousal, attention, perception, memory, and other neural processes.
Memories of Trauma and Emotional pain are personal. They are about something that is happening to YOU.
Subjective Experience Is Not Just Another Symptom.
People Don’t Just Want To Feel Better Or Just Behave Differently, They Want To Be Whole And Not Feel Broken As A Result Of Living In This World.
Animals are not little people; their brains differ in important ways from ours. We can learn a lot, but not everything, about human fear, and anxiety from them.
