The office personnel and Dr. Dooley were friendly and professional. My 89-year-old mom was seen promptly. Her exam was thorough. Dr. Dooley made her feel respected and cared for throughout the process, and Mom left with hearing aides adjusted by technology we had not seen in all the years Mom has been wearing hearing aides.
