Cedarcroft Home, Inc

Cedarcroft Home is a facility dedicated to the care and welfare of the mentally handicapped, disadvantaged and homeless.

Established in 1974 and licensed with the Tennessee Dept of Mental Health and Retardation, Cedarcroft strives to meet all state and local regulations to provide the safest environment for its residents. We offer room and board with three nutritious meals a day plus evening snacks. Residents receive indirect supervision of medication, medical service referrals & transportation, laundry services, activity opportunities and much more!

Our non-profit boarding home for mentally ill men is looking for a meat & three style cook. Schedule would be some first shift, 6AM-2PM and some second shift, 2-10PM. Must be experienced in cooking for a large group. Base pay starts at $12-$14.88 an hour, plus lots of great benefits!

Our non profit boarding home for mentally ill men is looking for some caring people who are interested in a career helping others. Our base pay starts at $11.25-$14.13 an hour plus a lot of great benefits. The position we offer is for a person seeking a long term career with opportunities for promotion and the knowledge that you are making a difference in someone's life. There is no experience needed. What you do need is a desire to help others. We have a third shift position 11PM-7AM. This position involves light house keeping and as previously mentioned, helping the residents. There is no heavy lifting and you work at your own pace.

Our faith-based boarding home for mentally men is looking for a Client Care Aide to work second shift, 3-11:00 PM. Base pay starts at $10.00-$11.45 based on attendance. Duties include helping the residents if they need something such as toiletries, OTC meds, etc. as well as light housekeeping. If you have a clear background and can oversee medication management (making sure the men get their meds as dispensed from the pharmacy) the pay is $1.00 an hour more. Right now we are offering a $500 new hire bonus and you get a raise after 90 days plus health benefits, then full benefits after a year.
