Today marked 2️⃣ years… Two years since I got to jump all in and follow a dream. Two years of providing care, my way, to my amazing patients- the new ones and all those who found and followed me. Two years being part of a wonderful collaboration of people and practices brought together by The Wellness Lounge. It’s been SO. MUCH. FUN. and it’s only the beginning. He’s here!! Everyone say hi to Shay! He decided to grace us with his presence on 9/28 (how fitting was it that it was National Son’s Day?!). We are all doing great and enjoying lots of snuggles at home. His brothers can’t get enough of him!

I wanted to take a second to thank everyone for making September such a fun and special month for me. September marked 1.5 years since I opened my space in Lebanon. The overwhelming love and support I’ve received in that time has truly blown me away and left me speechless. And if that wasn’t enough (which it definitely is), you guys then spoiled me with birthday wishes, treats, and so many thoughtful gifts and well wishes for the baby and my family.

I can’t say thank you enough. I truly have the best patients. I look forward to getting to see everyone once I’m back.

Until then, stay out of trouble and be good to yourselves (please).
