We do not believe in focusing in on specific area of health, and look at the entire person inside and out. Hello there, my name is Alissa Simino and I am a health, lifestyle, & fitness coach. I have a passion for making others feel good about their bodies, mind, & soul. I have my B.S in Public Health Nutrition and a Certification in Life Coaching, Health Coaching, and Emotional CPR. My own personal struggles with mental health and physical health, along with my drive to be a female entrepreneur have guided me toward this business. I believe everyone should have a chance to live their best life, no matter what. I love working with all ages from little humans to seniors and have experience with all. I have programs that work specifically on nutrition, fitness, mental health, or all three. I also have a fitness & nutrition challenge group monthly and an ongoing challenge group you can join at any point! Procrastinating. 🥴
Something I am very good at. When I have too much to do or feel like something is extremely hard sometimes I’ll put it on the back burner.
I was talking to my business coach a couple days ago and she told me something I think we can all benefit from. She said schedule the “one thing” you need to do today. Not 10 things not 2 things, only ONE. Then write it down every morning.
Mine is to finish my dang 4 courses I am in. I am going to be working just 2 hours a day on these and turning my phone on do not disturb during this time to help me focus.
I am proud of myself for “coming clean” and facing the reality of the fact I know I’m avoiding what I need to do. I am happy for this little too & hope it can help you as well ✨

Paleo Fudgy brownies 🤤
Found this bad boy online & only changed a few things. It’s legit so fricken good & chewy. You don’t even know it’s gluten free 🤩
Ingredients
▪️3 large eggs 🥚
▪️1 cup coconut sugar 🥥
▪️1/3 cup almond flour
▪️2 tbsp coconut flour
▪️2 tbsp dark cocoa powder
▪️2 tbsp cold coffee ☕️
▪️2 tbsp vanilla extract
▪️1 1/2 cup of dark chocolate chips🍫
▪️1/2 cup + 2 tbsp coconut oil
Directions
1️⃣ preheat oven 325F
2️⃣ in medium mixing bowl, combine eggs and sugar. Mix on high speed for 5 minutes (it will get fluffy & not runny)
3️⃣add in almond & coconut flour, cocoa powder, coffee, and vanilla. Stir until combined
4️⃣ in a microwaveable safe bowl combine 1 cup or chocolate chips & coconut oil. Heat for 30 seconds at a time and stir in between. Repeat until all chocolate chips are melted. Then add into mixing bowl & stir until combined.
5️⃣ in a 9X9 baking pan, lather in coconut oil to prevent sticking. Add batter and bake for 35-40 minutes.
6️⃣ when cooled cut until squares & enjoy!

Why I changed to a nutritional cleansing:

1️⃣provides my body with nutritional support
2️⃣ aids in the body’s natural detoxification process
3️⃣ provides my body with the nutrients it needs with little calories
4️⃣ aids in long term intermittent fasting success due to being able to consume something with flavor vs just drinking water all day
5️⃣ more sustainable = increased weight loss & overall health benefits

People say don’t snack & give you Stomach a rest. I have to say..for me that’s just not something I can go long term. I love to snack and it allows me to add a variety of different things to my diet.
I don’t snack everyday, but when I do I snack on things that will help me succeed at my goals 💪🏻 veggies are life & ranch well is something I will never stop eating 🤪
You have to enjoy what you put in your mouth. You can’t live a life of restrictive eating because that will cause you to binge.

Chicken & black rice stir fry 😍
Carbs are NOT bad. Like everything, we have to eat them in moderation.
I only had a half cup of rice per serving with this meal. Does that mean I’ll gain 20lbs from one bite. Of course not.
I am a firm believer of cutting carbohydrate intake due to energy levels, skin, & overall mental clarity. It also depends on your carb source. Processed carbs = 🚫. Ancient grains = ✅
I’m not saying don’t eat the cookie or the ice cream. I’m saying eat it on occasion not everyday.

Round 1️⃣: 45 seconds on 15 seconds off. Repeat 3x
Round 2️⃣: 30 seconds on 10 seconds off. Repeat 3x
Round 3️⃣: 15 seconds on 5 Seconds off. Repeat 3x
Repeat all moves for 30 seconds no rest. Repeat 2x.

Anyone else try before? I’ve been using them to help switch up my meals. I like the oven ready stuff for when I don’t have time to meal prep. I’ve been loving their stuff. However some of the recipes are taking too long to make when I’m always so gogogo.
I’ve been looking into other food delivery services that are all organic, non GMO, healthy ingredients too to get more quick on the go options due to my life getting super busy again. Any suggestions?

Our Story

I founded Be Free Health and Wellness Coaching because I am passionate at making an impact and helping as many people as I can live their best life. I personally have struggled and still struggle with my own mental health ranging from anxiety, depression, self-doubt & worth, stress, body image, and lack of confidence. I also struggle with my physical health by having IBS, gluten intolerant, high inflammation, weight, body fat composition, multiple surgeries, scares, etc. What I am trying to say here is I am NOT perfect and that is OKAY! I have used my struggles to build who I am today and allow me to grow and help others overcome similar issues.

I changed career paths from wanting to become a doctor of western medicine to becoming a health, fitness, and life coach. I received a B.S. in Nutrition and certifications in life and health coaching. After doing my own research, being wrongly diagnosed, not listened to, and observing other peoples struggles with the healthcare system I knew I had to be the change. Don’t get me wrong, I love my doctor and believe western medicine has a place but it wasn’t for me. Focusing on prevention is where my soul sets on fire with passion. When I found out I could have my own business in it, I was overjoyed!
